Your Booking, Booking Cancellation and refund

Europe Prestige Car Rent cannot accept any liability for any charges that you may incur, as a result of documentation signed for and accepted locally.

Europe Prestige Car Rent will not be held responsible for any persons driving under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs, causing wilful damage to property, off road driving or driving without due care and attention.

You, the renter, accept full responsibility in respect of such claims.

On booking a vehicle with us, we require a non refundable reservation deposit. In case of cancellation of the booking by you, the client, the reservation will not be refunded.

In certain circumstances, your reservation deposit can be held for you, to be used on a future booking you make with us. This decision is at the discretion of Europe Prestige Car Rent.

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to the rental start date, 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
